Curious_Department is a design-forward multi-media brand that reveals the unseen stories behind how things are made, who makes them, and the often invisible systems shaping our community.

Best described as if How It’s Made were hosted by Anthony Bourdain and filmed like Abstract: The Art of Design on Netflix, the web series will feature creatives, manufacturers, businesses, and infrastructure to inform, inspire, and connect local economies.

We’re currently seeking collaborative partners, seed funding, and economic development partners to launch by mid-2026.
